Secular Historians explain Imperialism/ source from human societal cycles

"Excess freedom leads to a break down of order, then pursuit of order is the loss of freedom".

Plato called it a paradox (see below).

Are we experiencing the 4th cycle written about from secular historians, of the readjustment period for pursuing law and order (Societies cycles run 80-90 years?)
These things were prophesied 2000 and 2600 years ago (see Our Future page references and discourse from the bible book of Daniel).

Explains a lot. In the 1930's the world powers were pushing for control of the world order. Life was very difficult in those years as now. We see desperate humans in many countries.
The extremists from that period created absolute misery.
The bully class in that time from both left and right.
What role does complacency have in allowing or even emboldening destructiveness?

Trust and work diligently in pursuing a realistic peace based on law and God's principles for righteousness as Jesus articulated and demonstrated pointing to a "Kingdom to come". Avoid being enslaved by anger.

"The idea of excessive freedom reflects a "paradox of freedom" or "unlimited freedom would make the bully (from right or left) free to enslave the meek" (Box below).

Question- Do you want to be part of the solution or part of the problem?
Rebelling produces chaotical nothing in death and destruction.
Many effective humans, working in unison squelch the angry persons syndrome, in the most effective way.

If we don't learn from history we are bound to repeat it.

GOD, IS A GOD OF ORDER NOT DISORDER.

So, the opening saying above is about a length of time in human movements of thinking, which has affect on the attitudes of the masses.

Humans do swing from far left to far right in thinking, attitudes and actions.

Example: After World War 2- after the bloodshed and desperateness demoralized in this human tragedy, the experience in the populace of the west, even all nations was to embrace humanity with Philia (brotherly) Love for

the purpose of bringing life to a higher, less desperate levels from the past.

Below are teachings from ancient writings

Proverbs 4:25-27, 25  "Your eyes should look straight ahead, Yes, fix your gaze straight ahead of you. 26  Smooth out the course of your feet, And all your ways will be sure".

27  "Do not incline to the right or the left. Turn your feet away from what is bad" (far left-far right, extremes)

Further:Isaiah 48:17-18, 18 “I, Jehovah, am your God, The One teaching you to benefit yourself, The One guiding you in the way you should walk. 18 If only you would pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river And your righteousness like the waves of the sea. 19  Your offspring* would be as many as the sand And your descendants as its grains. Their name would never be cut off or annihilated from before me.” Proverbs 4:5-8,11-18  5  Acquire wisdom, acquire understanding. Do not forget, and do not turn aside from what I say. 6  Do not forsake it, and it will protect you. Love it, and it will safeguard you. 7  Wisdom is the most important thing, so acquire wisdom, And with all you acquire, acquire understanding. 8  Highly esteem it, and it will exalt you. It will honor you because you embrace it.Proverbs 4:11-18, 11  I will instruct you in the way of wisdom I will lead you in the tracks of uprightness. 12  When you walk, your steps will not be hindered And if you run, you will not stumble. 13  Hold on to discipline do not let it go. Safeguard it, for it means your life. 14  Do not enter the path of the wicked, And do not walk in the way of evil men 15  Shun it, do not take it Turn away from it, and pass it by. 16  For they cannot sleep unless they do what is bad. They are robbed of sleep unless they cause someone’s downfall. 17  They feed themselves with the bread of wickedness, And they drink the wine of violence. 18  But the path of the righteous is like the bright morning light That grows brighter and brighter until full daylight.
